Creating personas

  We were facing the problem of defining a person, so we started with a blank empty human

 We defined first of all the main characteristics of the person like gender, age, race....

   This was the first step and easiest one, afterwards we started defining profession, studies and hobbies.

Later on, we try to identify her enviroment, and what influence her the most.

One we had done all this steps, we basically got as much into defining Laura that we invented her whole life, thinking as if we were writing a biography or filming Laura's life.

 ....being finally able to understand her feelings.
