Basicaly, we needed real people to deep dive in their thoughts. We needed to dig into their feelings, empathize with them...
Because, what is important to know, is that the highlights of the interviews are not what is said, but what is not. Real clues and conclusions about their feelings and emotions are hiden, and come unveiled when letting them express freely...
