The five Ws

Sometimes is interesting to answer some basic questions to have a good knowledge about an information. The five Ws (and one H) is a good method to reach this goal. It consists of what, when, where, who, why and how questions and answer them. During the last innovation class we did an exercise using this method to answer some questions related with our innovation project. We were divided into groups of five people, each of us belonging to different project teams, and each member taking a paper with a word related to their projects and the five Ws. Once all questions were answered by one member, the paper was passed to the next member, until the five Ws were filled by each member of the group, so that finally five papers were completed.

In conclusion, it was a great way to get what people ask themselves about house chores, noticing their problems. Next step will be analyze the problems we didn't register yet and design a solution.
